VOUCHER CREDIT
Voucher credit is a kind of discount coupon and usable to purchase products at Kpopmart.com.
- Loyalty point is created at customer's Kpopmart account once order is placed (after payment is cleared).
- Voucher credit created from loyalty points is able to use 1 ~ 12 hours later after created. Use voucher credit after its status will be changed to "Available".
- Loyalty point is valid for 1 year after created thus customer should convert it to voucher credit and use created voucher credit within valid period.
- Loyalty point and voucher credit are available to purchase products at Kpopmart.com only. It is applied to product price only and not applied to shipping cost. Not refundable as well as exchangeable for cash.
- Loyalty point and voucher credit are not reissued once expired.
- Not provided for some specific items such as light sticks, keyrings, etc.
HOW TO USE
(1) Check loyalty point at "My Loyalty Points" column of customer's Kpopmart account after an order placed. (after payment is cleared).
(2) Click "Transform my points into a voucher of" then a voucher code is created.
(3) Copy voucher code and go to cart page. If clicked "Have a Voucher Code?", voucher code column will be appeared. Paste voucher code on it then voucher amount is applied.
